Scott Pflug has been in the flooring industry since 2002.  Delicate Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning was his first business venture in the Grand Valley.  Delicate operated successfully until 2006, when Scott sold the business and moved his family to Montana.  As a believer in education, within the four years of operation, Scott became IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Repair/Reinstall and as a Senior Carpet Inspector.   Scott has toured 14 different flooring manufacturing facilities in Dalton, Georgia.  He has seen and learned how a variety of carpets, cushion, and adhesives are made from raw material to finished product.  His inspection experience gives him an understanding of carpet and related issues. 

In 2006, Scott became a Broker for Carpet Direct in Missoula, MT.  Carpet Direct acquires flooring directly from the manufacture for the end user.  As a broker, Scott fined tuned his knowledge of the variety of flooring available and how to specify and estimate for each.
